Kristina Smith is a fabulous fitness instructor. Pilate classes I have taken under her instruction were led with precise knowledge of the core and how to execute each Pilates movement. As a beginner, I was very pleased with her generous and patient instruction. Kristina carefully explains each new movement in Pilates and how the movement will steadily increase your core strength. She is definitely a qualified fitness teacher but better yet a Christian whose compassionate love for others just pours out in her classes, highly recommended!
